摘    要:通过性能测试、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜分析等方法,对Cu-Ag-Cr合金的受流磨损性能进行了研究,探讨了该合金的受流磨损机理,并与Cu-Ag合金的受流磨损性能进行了对比.磨损试验采用自制的试验设备在干滑动的条件下进行,与合金对摩的是铜基粉末冶金材料.结果表明:Cu-Ag-Cr合金的磨损率随着滑动速度和滑行距离的增大而增大;合金在受流状态下的磨损机制主要是粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和电侵蚀磨损;在相同的试验条件下,Cu-Ag-Cr合金的耐磨性能是Cu-Ag合金的2~3倍.

Abstract:By means of property tests,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrum(EDS) and trans-mission electron microscopy,the electrotribological property and mechanismof Cu-Ag-Cr alloy were studied under electrical cur-rent,and compared with a Cu-Ag alloy.Wear tests were conducted with a specially designed sliding wear tester,and alloy wirewas slid against a copper-based powder metallurgy strip under unlubricated conditions.The results showthat the wear rate ofCu-Ag-Cr alloy increase withtheincreaseinthe sliding speed and the sliding distance.Adhesive wear,abrasive wear and electri-cal erosion wear are the dominant mechanisms under the electrical current sliding processes.Under the same conditions,the wearresistance of the Cu-Ag-Cr alloy is 2 ~3 ti mes of the Cu-Ag alloy.
