水溶性酚醛树脂改善编织摩擦材料性能的研究

摘    要:研究了不同含碱量的水溶性酚醛树脂对摩擦材料性能的影响。用NETZSCH STA 409 PG/PC热分析仪对水溶性酚醛树脂的热衰退进行了测试分析。所浸渍的无石棉制动带产品试样经过DMS-1定速摩擦磨损试验机并按照GB/T11834-2000标准进行了测试。结果显示,材料摩擦系数随NaOH增加而增加,水溶性和稳定性也有所提高,苯酚与NaOH质量比为1:0.125左右。

Abstract:This paper is studying that how aqueous phenolic resin,preparated with different content of sodium hydroxide,is influencing weaving frictional material.Using thermal analysis meter of NETZSCH STA 409 PG/PC to test resist heating break up capability.Weaving frictional material,soaked by water soluble phenolic resin,is tested by the DMS-1 constant speed friction and wear tester according to the standard of GB/T11834-2000.The results showed that the material frictional coefficient increased with NaOH increasing,dissolubility and stability improved,too.The ratio of phenolic and NaOH is about 1:0.125.
