| 摘 要： | 在充分考虑二辊矫直机生产工艺特点的基础上，从矫直基本原理入手，充分借鉴国内外先进的工艺与技术经验，通过对金属变形理论、矫直工艺以及相关矫直机械的设计技术的深入研究，提出了一套新的二辊矫直机力能参数计算模型，并对二辊矫直机力能参数进行了相应的模拟与计算，给出一套工程上实用的二辊矫直机力能参数确定方法，并将其应用到生产实践，取得了良好的使用效果，具有进一步的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Athorough investigation are made on deformation theorg of metal, straightening technique as well as straightener design. Based on product technique of straightener and straightening principle, the new calculation model of power parameters of the two-roll straightener are proposed, using the experience both of other contries and of ours. Simulating the power parameters of two-roll straightener, the design feature of the machine are expounded. Applied our model to engineering, the effect is well. The calculation model may be worthy of popularization. |
