| 摘 要： | 气缸套是汽车发动机中影响性能的重要零件。为了实现发动机性能达到欧洲联盟4号汽车排放标准，通过研究一氧化碳CO、碳氢化合物HC、微拉（PM）等污染物的成因和气缸套主要失效形式等，从缸套的结构、工作温度、使用材料、表面粗超度等方面，提出了改进设计方案。

| Abstract: | The cylinder is the important parts on automobile engine.In order to achieve engine performance to the European Union 4 numbers motor vehicle emission standard,this paper studies the carbon monoxide CO, HC hydrocarbons,particulate matter(PM) and other pollutants,and the causes of failure of the cylinder.Paper from the cylinder structure,temperature,the use of materials,the surface roughness put forward an improved design. |
