螺杆式压缩机的修复

针对螺杆压缩机在运行中出现的支撑轴承及推力轴承磨损，阴阳转子气、油封磨损变形，气缸内壁防腐层脱落及磨损；阴阳转子啮合面防腐层脱落及磨损；阴阳转子气、油封轴颈磨损；阴阳转子同步齿轮轴颈磨损；气缸端面内壁磨损；阴阳转子气封密封垫部分损坏等缺陷作了详细的分析，并以现场应用为例，提出了解决问题的措施，并在实际运用中取得了很大的成效。

Repair of Screw Type Compressor

The present paper analyzes in detail the defects of the screw type compressor occurring in the process of operation such as abrasion between the supporting axletree and thrusting axletree,deformation of the gas and oil seals for the male rotor and female rotor,abrasion and peeling-off of the corrosion resistant layer of the inner wall of the cylinder,abrasion and peeling off of the corrosion resistant layer of the engaging face of the male rotor and female rotor,abrasion on the bearing neck of the gas and oil seals of the male rotor and female rotor,abrasion on the bearing neck of the synchronous toothed wheel of the male rotor and female rotor,abrasion of inner wall of the cylinder and partial abrasion of the gas gasket seals of the male rotor and female rotor,and in the meanwhile puts forward certain counter measures to solve those problems in light of the on-site conditions and thus have achieved tremendous success in the actual application.
