摘    要:隔膜是隔膜泵的关键件,隔膜行程的控制对隔膜的使用寿命有很大影响,本文采用有限元方法对隔膜行程进行分析,并与实验结果进行比较研究,有限元分析结论与实验结果基本吻合,为隔膜行程的生产设计提供了一种有限元理论分析方法,具有工程应用价值。

Abstract:Diaphragm is the key component of diaphragm pump. Diaphragm travel control has great influ- ence on the service life of diaphragms. This paper makes analysis on the diaphragm travel by finite ele- ment method,also compares with experimental results. The conclusion of finite element analysis inoscu- lates with the experimental results basically. It provides a finite element method for design and production of diaphragm travel,which has a certain engineering application value.
