碱矿渣胶凝材料复合激发剂的研究

摘    要:通过单用水玻璃作为碱矿渣胶凝材料激发剂和采用“水玻璃—碳酸钾—氢氧化钠”复合激发剂对碱矿渣胶凝材料激发的一系列对比试验研究可知,复合激发剂具有良好激发效果。介绍以磨细水淬高炉矿渣配合该复合激发剂的试验应用后,能使碱矿渣胶凝材料激发时限良好,凝结时间灵活可调,力学性能相应得到提高等。

Abstract:Study on a series of contrast test including simply using water glass as excitant and adopting complex excitant of water glass-potassium carbonate-sodium hydroxide to excite or complex excite alkali slag cementing material indicates that complex excitant has favorable excitation effect.Trail apply the complex excitant to milled water quenched blast furnace slag make the alkali slag cementing material with favorable time limit of excitation,flexible and adjustable setting time and improved mechanical property.
