| 摘 要： | 通过对原有液压机械手的电液比例压力控制与位置伺服控制的改造，在使用S7—200(CPU-214)可编程控制器(PLC)进行开关量控制的基础上，继续以PLC为核心组成控制系统，实现对模拟量的开环和闭环控制。经实际使用后，各方面的控制指标均满足要求，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the application of PLC in the control of electrohydraulic proportion & servo system, which is used in a hydraulic manipulator. The application emphasizes analog adjustment of PLC to control the close loop and open loop of the system, and the manipulator has been implemented successfully in many aspects. |
