摘    要:介绍了各种离子型活化工艺,如ABS-Pd^2 活化、pd^2 -HD-1活化、银离子型活化和钯离子型活化等。ABS-Pd^2 活化是Pd^2 和ABS经粗化后的表面活性基团直接络合,Pd^2 -HD-1活化是以有机碱HD-1为络合剂,银离子型活化一般以氨为络合剂,钯离子型活化以Clˉ为络合剂。提出了银离子型和钯离子型2种活化液的配制方法、活化机理。同时从活化机理、稳定性等方面比较了胶体钯活化液和离子型活化液。

Abstract:Various ion activation processes such as ABS-Pd~(2+) activation, Pd~(2+)-HD-1 activation, Ag~+ ion activation and Pd~(2+) ion activation were introduced. ABS-Pd~(2+) activation is Pd~(2+) complexing with activated groups on the surface of roughened ABS; Pd~(2+)-HD-1 activation uses organic alkali as complexing agent; Ag~+ ion-activation uses ammonia as complexing agent; Pd~(2+) ion activation uses Cl~- as complexing agent. The activation baths preparation and activation mechanism of Ag~+ ion activation and Pd~(2+)-ion activation were presented. Comparison of colloid-Pd with ion activation in activation mechanism and bath stability was also given.
