| 摘 要： | 对100B齿轮箱螺栓断裂进行原因分析,对零件加工严格把关,提高加工件质量,采用就位研点刮研法,控制单位面积内接触点数,增大实际接触面积;减小接触变形,消除宏观不平的影响,提高机床的抗振性能,从而解决了紧固螺栓断裂问题.

| Abstract: | The reason of the broken fastening bolt in Gearbox of 100B Mechanical Press has been analyzed,and the machining quality of work-pieces has been improved. With positioning scraping,contact points per unit area has been controlled with the enlarged contact area,and contact deformation has been reduced. The effect of macroscopic unflatness has been removed,which improves anti-vibration of the mechanical press and avoids the broken of fastening bolt. |
