| Abstract: | This paper deals with the design of blasting scheme, the selection of blasting parameters, the pretreatment of direction, defending measure and blasting effect according to the successful experience in demolishing a 42.6-meter high reinforced concrete chimney by using the directional controlled blasting technology. It will offer a referenced evidence for demolishing technology. |
