| 摘 要： | 介绍了膨化硝铵炸药的特点和连续生产过程,研究了膨化硝酸铵、膨化硝铵炸药和硝酸铵水溶液的安全特性,对各生产工序的存药量进行了估算,讨论了生产过程中设备的安全性.研究表明,按照工艺规程、安全规程和设计规范进行生产,生产过程安全是有保证的.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive and its continuous production process were introduced in this paper. The safe characteristics of the solution of ammonium nitrate ,expanded ammonium nitrate ,and expanded ammonium nitrate explosive were studied. The amounts of explosive stored in every productive process were calculated, and the safety of productive equipments were also discussed. The results showed that the safety production of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive could be ensured if the technical and safe regular, as well as design standard were obeyed. |
