摘    要:基于触头表面层组织特性是电弧与触头材料交互作用中最为重要的影响因素,本文研究了电弧侵蚀过程中AgMeO触头材料表面所特有的润湿作用、分散体系与粘性、MeO组份的热稳定性等表面动力学特性。作为触头材料表面动力学特性对电弧能量作用的响应,本文还研究了AgMeO触头基体裂缝形成与发展机理、热影响区MeO组份的“趋肤”现象及AgMeO材料电弧侵蚀表面形貌特征。

Abstract:Based on the consideration that the microstructure characteristics of contact surface layer are the most important factors having influences on the interaction of the electrical plates with the breaking arc, this paper deals mainly with the surface dynamics of AgMeO contacts i. e. wetting ability, viscosity of dispersion, the distribution and thermal stability of metal oxide component. According to the response of surface dynamics to the effect of breaking arc, the formation and development mechanisms of cracks in AgMeO contacts are discussed, the mi-crostructures of surface layer of contact are investigated, some features of surface morphology of AgMeO contacts are obtained.
