摘 要: | 以医药企业为对象,设计并实现客户关系管理系统。在分析医药企业的业务流程和实际需求的基础上。对该系统的需求、设计及实现进行详细的分析和阐述。采用IntelliJIDEA作为3t-3K工具,SQLSever2008作为系统的数据库平台,成功开发设计以B/S架构为基础的客户关系管理管理系统。
