涡流室式柴油机冷起动时非稳态燃烧分析

摘    要:近年来,作者通过对柴油机冷起动过程进行高速摄影、高速采集缸内压力数据、温度数据和瞬态转速,证明该过程是一个典型的非稳态燃烧过程。本文根据作者拍摄、测试和记录所得结果,综合分析了冷起动过程非稳态燃烧的内外部特征、机制和规律性。在此基础上,揭示了改善冷起动性能的方向和途径。

Abstract:In recent years, by means of the technology of high speed photographing and the data collecting, the authors have proved that the cold starting is a typical process of unsteady combustion.According to the results of photography, test and record achieved by the authors, this paper analyses comprehensively the internal and external characteristics, mechanisms and regularities of the unsteady combustion in cold starting. On this basis, this paper bringS to light the direction and the way to improve starting performance.
