镁合金的焊接技术研究

摘    要:综述了镁合金的应用与性能,焊接技术已成为制约其应用的关键所在。介绍了镁合金的焊接研究现状,阐述了镁合金的钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊、搅拌摩擦焊、电子束焊、激光焊、电阻点焊等焊接工艺的特点,并对镁合金的焊接研究进行了展望。

Abstract:The present applications and characteristics of magnesium alloys are summarized, Welding technique has been a key technology restraining the application of magnesium alloy. The results of recent investigations on the welding techniques were reviewed, the characteristics of gas tungsten arc welding, metal inertia gas welding, friction stir welding, electron beam welding, laser welding and resistance spot welding were summarized, and the future directions of research on magnesium alloy were prospected.
