| 摘 要： | 大坝安全监测实际上是一种管理，这种管理包括信息采集、处理、结论的得出、措施的制定、信息的反馈，其根本目的是为了工程效益最大化。随着计算机技术的发展，大坝安全监测应主动适应时代要求，走向网络化、智能化，采用网络数据库和Internet/Intranet技术。结合小浪底水利枢纽工程大坝安全监测的实际应用，主要介绍了如何基于微软ASP.Net和Visual Studio.Net设计、实现大坝安全监测的Web应用软件。
