基于DSP2812的全数字交流伺服系统的实现

摘    要:以TMS320F2812为主控制器,设计了一种全数字化的交流伺服系统。给出了系统的硬件组成和软件实现方法。并采用了位置环、速度环、电流环的三闭环控制策略和转子磁场定向矢量控制方案,充分利用了DSP的高速运算能力和丰富的片内外资源,对系统进行了加载实验和位置伺服控制实验,实现了交流电机的全数字伺服控制。实验结果表明该系统具有良好的动态和静态特性,可广泛用于电气传动装置中。

Abstract:A full digital AC servo system based on TMS320F2812 is presented.The composition of hardware and the method of software design are given.The design of the system which utilizes the three-loop control with the position loop,the speed loop and the electric current loop is described.The wealthy peripherals and high-speed calculation function of DSP are used,and the method of the rotor field oriented control is adopted.The full Digital AC servo system is totally realized by the system.The experimental results s...
