摘    要:介绍了基于微处理器的热流道模具精密温度控制仪的设计方法.使用热电偶测量温度需要进行冷端温度补偿和非线性校正:利用半导体温度传感器AD22103测量热电偶冷端温度,用软件进行了冷端温度补偿;利用分段线性化处理热电偶的非线性可以节省存储空间.依据误差值自动选用不同的控制算法和不同的控制参数,可提高响应的快速性和稳态精度.经过试验测试及实际使用验证,该温控仪具有较高的测控精度,对控制对象参数的变化具有一定的适应性,能较好的满足热流道模具的温度控制要求。

Abstract:Hot runner is an advanced technology used in the production of plastic articles. The temperature of mould is one of the key techniques. The method designed for the precise temperature controller based on the microprocessor and used for the hot runner mould is described. Thermocouple is used to measure the temperature to compensate the temperature of the cold end and to correct nonlinear. In the design AD22103 is used to measure the temperature of the cold end and software used to compensate. Section linearity deals with nonlinear of thermocouple to save memory. For improving the responding speed and accuracy, algorithm and parameter of the controller will vary to corresponding error of temperature. Verified by test and application, the controller is very accurate in measurement. It adapts to the variety of the control object parameter and can satisfy the request of the hot runner molder.
