摘    要:291农场紧靠松花江,不仅地表水资源丰富,而且地下水资源丰富。经过初步分析,发展井灌稻至今地下水没有超采,且还有很大开发潜力。允许开采的地下水资源可达1.25×10^8m^3以上,可发展井灌稻3.00×10^4hm^2以上。若开发激发补给资源,可实施“虚拟水”战略,开发潜力更大。实现水资源优化配置,是发展生态水利的新方向。

Abstract:Closely abutting on Songhua River, No.291 Farm is very rich in both surface and groundwater resource. Through preliminary analysis, we make a conclusion: not only hasn't ground water been overdrawn, but also it is still of great developing potential. The ruinable ground water is more than 1.25×10^8m^3 and can irrigate more than 3.00×10^8hm^2 paddy field. We can fulfill the fictitious water strategy by developing supplemental recharging resource on the basis of minable groundwater. Thus, the groundwater' s developing potential will be much greater. To realize the most optimum distribution of water resource is the new direction to develop ecological water conservancy.
