基于PID控制的矿井水处理自动投药系统仿真研究

摘    要:把PID控制和模糊控制相结合,用串级模糊自整定PID控制器实现了矿井水处理自动投药控制。并用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行串级模糊自整定PID控制的仿真分析。分析结果表明:在矿井水处理自动投药控制过程中,利用串级模糊自整定PID控制可以达到调节时间短、超调小、调节迅速的目的,提高了系统的控制精度和稳定性,改善了整个系统的动态品质。

Abstract:In this paper,the PID control and fuzzy control are combined with each other;using cascade fuzzy self-tuning PID controller realizes the automatic dosing control of mine water treatment.MATLAB / Simulink software is used for cascade fuzzy self-tuning PID control performance simulation.The results show that cascade fuzzy self-tuning PID can achieve short adjusting time,small overshoot,quick regulation for a complex process control,to improve the control precision and stability of system,as well as the whole system dynamic quality.
