苯三唑脂肪胺的合成工艺及其性能的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种以苯三唑、脂肪胺为原料在水为溶剂条件下合成苯三唑脂肪胺衍生物的方法。用四球试验和铜片腐蚀试验分别考察了其对润滑油的抗磨及抗腐性能的影响,结果表明,本工艺制得的产品具有优良的油溶性、防锈性和抗磨性,特别是对铜有较好的防护能力,可以显著提高润滑油的抗磨和抗腐性能。尤其是选择了牛脂胺代替十八胺作为原料,降低了生产成本,并且各项指标达到市售油性剂要求。

Abstract:In this work, benzotriazole derivatives is produced from the reaction of benzotriazole and primary aliphatic amine under the condition of water as a solvent Four ball machine and copper strip corrosive test were performed to study the anti wear and anti corrosion properties of this additive in 200SN base oil The results show that the additive can improve solubility in lubricating base oil, the anti wear and anti corrosion performance Particularly using a mixture of stearamine and catylamine to replace stearamine as raw material that lowered the production cost, and various indexes meet the request of oil additive
