| 摘 要： | 随着电感耦合等离子体发射光谱的广泛普及应用,本文对仪器的主要的安装准备工作,常见的仪器硬件和软件故障及其检测上的共性问题进行了叙述研讨。这些问题的解决或依赖仪器公司的技术支持或仪器硬件的维修人员或懂化学分析并使用仪器经验丰富的客户;有时或许要集中这三者的智慧。本文抛砖引玉,期望互相讨论,取长补短。
