基于谐波小波的变频机转子断条故障诊断

摘    要:变频机转子发生断条故障时,定子电流中将产生相应特征频率的电流分量。对这种特征信号的提取与监控,能够实现转子短条故障的检测。研究利用谐波小波的分频特性实现转子断条故障特征信号的提取方法。仿真结果和实际应用表明,这种方法能够准确地提取转子导条断裂故障的特征信号,是变频机转子导条断裂故障诊断的一种可靠的方法。

Abstract:When a fault of the rotor bar of an frequency converter has taken place,the characteristic signal components of the currents will be added into the stator current.In this paper,the transform of the harmonic wavelet method is applied to detect the characteristic signal components of the rotor bar broken fault.The result shows that not only it can be used to detect the characteristic signal of the rotor bar broken fault with great sensitivity but also be used to evaluate the severity of the fault.
