大掺量矿渣硅酸盐水泥性能的改进及优化

摘    要:针对前期水泥生产中存在的问题,分别就熟料粉比表面积、矿渣粉微观结构及颗粒分布、石膏类型及掺量等对大掺量矿渣水泥3d强度的影响,掺加石灰石对矿渣粉活性及莱歇磨产量的影响,进行了试验研究与对比分析。结果表明,熟料粉不宜磨得过细,否则易引起球磨机包球现象,影响磨机产量,而且熟料过细粉磨对水泥强度的贡献不大;矿渣中掺加少量石灰石的增产效果显著,同时还能有效地提高矿粉的7d活性;矿渣粉的比表面积宜控制在430~450m2/kg,若比表面积过高,不利于莱歇磨产量的提高和电耗的降低。
