| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了铜陵有色金属（集团）公司年产80万t硫铁矿制酸装置的设计过程。该装置采用了高效净化洗涤技术、低位高效干吸技术及“3＋1”两次转化工艺。除少部分关键设备采用进口外,其它大部分设备和材料均实现国产化,装置的装备水平达到了国内领先水平。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly describes the design process of pyrite acid-making facility with 800 000t/a throughput in Tongling Nonferrous Metals(Group) Co.,Ltd.This facility employs high efficiency cleaning and scrubbing technology,low level high efficiency dry absorption technology and "3+1" two-stage conversion process.The majority of equipment and materials are domestically made,except that few key equipment are imported.The equipment level for such facility has taken the lead in China. |
