煤的油团聚化学动力学理论

摘    要:对煤的油团聚形成过程——用煤粒与分散的液相桥间的碰撞来测定速率,描述油团聚过程的化学动力学.预言油团聚的形成属于二级反应.在建立模型和测定速率方面来评价预言的倾向性.由煤的批处理过程得出不同的操作影响,如液体油的用量、搅拌程度等有关动力学参数,通过实验及提供基础了解来定性团聚过程的动力学模型.

Abstract:The kinetic theory oil agglomeration of coal has been studied by the agglomerate growth. It is assumed here that the oil collision of interaction between the coal dust and the dispersed bridging oil is the rate determining step. The second order kinetic equation with two constants describes the growth kinetics adequately. The effects of operating variables, such as furnace oil dosage, degree of agitation and feed size. The model accounts qualitatively for the observed experimental trends and provides a basis for under standing of the fundamental aspects of the agglomeration process.
