摘    要:在进行北仑电厂一、二期机组双背压凝汽器夏季真空测试的过程中,发现没有配置大气喷射器的二期机组,存在着因真空泵极限抽吸能力不足的问题,影响了低负荷运行阶段凝汽器真空的改善。在对凝汽器和真空泵运行情况进行综合分析后,提出了消除水环式真空泵对凝汽器夏季工况真空改善制约影响的必要措施。

Abstract:During the test of the condenser vacuum of the power units in Phase 1 & 2,Beilun Power Plant in the summer,the problems of limited suck capability of the vacuum pump and affected vacuum improvement of the condenser in low loading operation have been found.After comprehensive analysis of the running conditions of both the conden-ser and the vacuum pump,a countermeasure has been put forward so as to remove the effect of liquid-ring type vacuum pump against the vacuum improvement limitation to the condenser in the summer.
