基于遗传算法行星齿轮减速机构优化设计

摘    要:为了减小采煤机牵引部的体积,以MG650/1500-WD采煤机为例,建立牵引部行星齿轮减速机构的优化数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件编写模型的遗传算法优化程序对采煤机牵引部行星齿轮减速机构优化。优化后的行星齿轮减速机构体积减小,采煤机牵引部体积也相应减小,进而降低制造成本。优化结果对采煤机牵引部的进一步改进设计有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:In order to reduce the volume of the haulage division of shearer,take a example to the MG650/1500-WD shearer,set up the optimization mathematical model of planet deceleration institution of haulage division and write the model’s genetic algorithm optimal program to optimize planet gear deceleration institution of the shearer’s haulage division by MATLAB.After optimized,the volume of planet gear deceleration institution get reduced,therefore reduce the volume of the shearer’s haulage division and lower cost.Optimization results provide a guidance for the improvement design of the shearer’s haulage division.
