矿用铅酸动力电池带负脉冲放电的快速充电方法研究

摘    要:针对矿用铅酸动力电池带负脉冲放电的变电流充电方法进行了研究,理论分析了负脉冲放电对于提高电池对于充电电流的接受率加快充电速度的有效性,利用Digatron电池测试平台对带放电负脉冲的充电方法进行了负脉冲幅值参数实验,实验中获得了放电负脉冲的最佳幅值,并使用带负脉冲变电流充电方法对100 Ah铅酸动力电池进行了充电实验。

Abstract:Article is studied on lead-acid battery used in mine charging method with negative pulse,analysis effectiveness of negative pulse,and explains negative pulse can improve acceptance rate for charge current in battery charging process.Use Digatron battery test system to make a large number of experiments for charging method with discharge negative pulse,received the best amplitude value of discharge negative pulse,and make charging experiments for 100 Ah lead-acid battery by using change current charging method with negative pulse discharge.
