基于ANSYS的渐开线斜齿轮结构参数对其振动模态的影响

摘    要:齿轮固有频率和振动特性对减速器及相关零部件的可靠性及使用性能具有重要影响。基于APDL语言实现了斜齿轮参数化建模与参数化模态分析,得到了其低阶固有频率和固有振型,为避免共振提供了依据。研究了模数、齿数、齿宽及螺旋角等结构参数对斜齿轮固有频率的影响,并用实例加以验证,为斜齿轮的选用及其动态响应分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The natural frequency and vibration characteristics of gear have great influence on reliablity and service performance of reducer.Based on APDL language actualizes parametric modeling and parametric modal analysis for helical gear.Get low order natural frequencies and natural mode of vibration,provides basis to avoid resonance.According to practical application,study the influence of modulus,number of teeth,gear wide and spiral angle and so on to helical gear natural frequency,and use example to verify it.It provides theoretical basis to choose the helical gear and dynamic response analysis.
