| 摘 要： | 玉米须多糖是从禾本科作物玉米的干燥花柱和柱头中提取的多糖类物质,由于其具有多种生物活性功能,已日益成为研究热点.综述了玉米须多糖的化学组成、药理作用及提取纯化研究进展,为玉米须的综合开发利用提供依据.

| Abstract: | Corn silk polysaccharides are extracted from dry stylus and stigma of Zea mays L.For the many biological activities,corn silk polysaccharides are becoming more and more popular.The article has summarized the chemical compositions,pharmacological effects and extraction and purification progress of corn silk polysaccharides,in order to provide a basis to utilize adequately corn silk resources. |
