直齿差速器设计构想与运动仿真

摘    要:本文构想并设计了一种直齿轮差速器,与传统锥齿轮差速器具有同样的功能,通过SolidWorks/COMOSMotion运动仿真,分析了各构件的运动特性,验证了理论推导的正确性,为汽车差速器的改进设计提供了新的思路。

Abstract:This article introduces us a design of spur gear differential, which has the same function with traditional bevel gear. Solid-Works/COMOSMotion has been used to Simulate and analyzes kinematical features of every component, which testifies theory illation' s correctness and gives us a new way to improve the automobile differential.
