摘    要:应用有限元计算软件,构建了三维有限元模型,研究了垫层蜗壳在内水压力及自重作用下垫层平面包角、子午包角和弹模的变化对座环结构所受剪切力的影响,并探讨了垫层失效情况下座环受剪情况。结果表明,垫层子午包角向下延伸不利于座环抗剪,垫层平面包角变化对座环结构所受剪力影响较大,并呈现一定规律,为垫层蜗壳的优化设计提供依据。

Abstract:Three-dimensional FEM model of spiral case with cushion layer is established with FEM software. And then it studies the effect of plane wrap angle, radial wrap angle and elastic modulus of cushion layer on shear force characteristics of support ring under action of internal water pressure and gravity. The shear force of support rings is also discussed in case of failure cushion layer. The results show that the downward extension of the cushion layer radial wrap angle will increase the shear force of support ring; the plane wrap angle of cushion layer has a significant effect on the shear force of support ring and it has certain regulation. Thus, it provides basis for optimization design of spiral case with cushion layer.
