啤酒企业精益生产方式研究

本文以中国啤酒企业为研究对象 ,在结合实际的基础上 ,对中国啤酒企业生产现状及实施精益生产方式作了具体分析和研究。首先 ,介绍了精益生产的概念和特征 ,指出了传统生产方式与精益生产方式的区别所在 ;其次 ,分析了中国啤酒企业的生产现状 ,提出了目前中国啤酒企业在生产管理等方面存在的问题并进行了剖析 ;第三 ,对啤酒企业精益生产方式之生产计划与控制、质量管理、新产品开发、库存管理、设备管理等进行了再设计 ;最后 ,结合实际提出了在中国啤酒企业推行精益生产方式所应采取的策略及实施要点

Research in lean production of brewery
