铜阳极泥蒸硒渣分铜的新工艺研究

摘    要:采用预浸—低搅拌速率水浸工艺取代酸浸工艺从铜阳极泥蒸硒渣中分铜,在保证铜浸出率的同时降低碲、银等其他元素的浸出损失。考察了氯化钠添加量、搅拌速率、预浸时间对铜等元素浸出率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:先将蒸硒渣在自来水中预浸12h,液固比4∶1,再加入1倍理论量氯化钠,常温搅拌2h,搅拌速率可低至100r/min。以此条件进行扩大试验,铜的浸出率为94%,碲浸出损失3%,银、铋、锑、铂、钯、金基本不损失。

Abstract:In order to ensure copper leaching rate and reduce leaching loss of Te, Ag, etc, acidic leaching was substituted by pre-leaching and water leaching under low stirring speed to leach copper from selenium-removed residues of copper anode slime. The effects of sodium chloride addition, stirring speed, and pre-leaching time on copper leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions include pre-leaching duration of 12 h in water with L/S=4, and then stirring for 2 hours at room temperature with one time theoretical amount of sodium chloride and stirring rate as low as 100 r/min. Under the above conditions, copper leaching rate of pilot test is 94%, tellurium loss is 3% below, with no loss of Ag, Bi, Sb, Pt, Pd, and Au.
