全自动液压压砖机压制油缸优化设计

摘    要:本文通过峄全自动液太压砖机厚壁和薄壁组合式压制油缸的应力和应变分析,导出压机压制油缸的设计计算公式,并在此基础上建立了薄壁组合式压制油缸的优化设计模型。并对600吨压机的油缸进行了优化,取得令人满意的结果。本文所提出的压机压制油缸的设计计算方法为油缸钢套有关参数的确定提供了理论依据。

Abstract:There are two kinds of structure, thick and combinative thin cylinder, used in the primary cylinder of Automatic Hydraulic Press of Tile. After analyzing their stress and strain distribution, the formulae for design the primary cylinder had heen deduced. On this basis a optimum model for design combinative thin cylinder has been devefoped. This paper has gained a satisfied result in optimizing the cylinder of 600 ton Automatic Hydraulic Press of Tile. The method provide the academic basics of detemining the parameter of the cylinder, and is worthy of developing the grade of design of Automatic Hydraulic Press of Tile.
