单路信号激励的非接触超声马达的试验研究

摘    要:目前研究的非接触超声马达都是建立在行波理论基础上,这类马达需将定子弹性体激励出行波,因而它至少需要两路相位差成π/2信号源,其驱动电路复杂,文章提出了一种新型的圆筒型非接触超声马达,它只需单路信号激励,定子采用在圆筒弹性外表面粘贴矩形板压电陶瓷构成。根据有限元分析设计制造了定子,并进行了可行性试验。文章给出了转子结构尺寸对马达转速的影响试验,当采用四叶片转子时马达无负载的最高转速为2025r/min,并采用间接方式测试了马达的起动转矩。

Abstract:Up till now,the non-contact ultrasonic motor is all based on the travelling theory,in which the motor needs at least two channel signals with π/2 phase difference to excite it,so the supply power is complicated.In this paper,a novel cylmdrical non-contact ultrasonic motor is given,which is only supplied by one channel signal.The stator is an elastic cylinder on which the rectangle piezoelectric ceramics are bonded.Based on the analyses of FEM,the stator is designed,and fabricated for trial to verify its feasibility.The relationship between the dimensions of the rotor and the revolution speed is also given by the experiments,and the maximum speed used the four-fin rotor is 2 026 r/min.Moreover,the start torque of the motor is measured indirectly.
