| 摘 要： | 随着人们对甘草化学成分研究的深入，甘草的功效越来越得到重视，甘草主要有效成分的提取及其综合利用技术也随之得到了发展。作者在本文中概述了甘草目前的研究现状，扼要综述了甘草的有效成分及提取方法、甘草叶及根和地上部分的化学成分，并介绍了甘草在医疗、食品及日用化学工业品生产中的应用。

| Abstract: | With the increasing research in the chemical composition of licorice, licorice's composition get more attention,and this develop the approach of separating the mainly useful composition of licorice and using it. This paper gives an overview on licorice. It summarized the approach of separating the chemical composition of licorice s leaves,root and ground part,introduced the application of licorice in the treatment of medical,the food industry and the field of daily chemicals. |
