| 摘 要： | 对我国中小企业进行SWOT定性分析,并运用SWOT定量分析模型,就其自身发展的目标及达到目标的途径与手段给予总体谋划.结合某一中小企业进行研究,表明该方法有助于中小企业根据内部资源和能力状况及外部环境影响,制定既适合本企业特点又切实有效的发展战略,发挥不同于大企业的"比较优势".

| Abstract: | Based on the SWOT qualitative analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China,the model of SWOT quantitative analysis then is unified to determine its own development goal and means.With a study of one small and medium-sized enterprise,it is indicated that this method can help SMES act according to their internal resources and external environment,and formulate suitable and effective strategies for their current development in order to display "the comparison superiority",which is different from large enterprises. |
