| 摘 要： | 讨论了可充电电池在使用过程中存在的各种问题，开发研制了可充电电池动态参数测试系统，该系统可以进行电池的充放电，能克服电池的记忆效应，并可以测量动态和静态的电阻、电压，温度等参数，这一系统为开放式，它可以根据用户需要切除和增加。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses all kinds of problems in use of chargeable battery.Then a dynamic parameters testing system has been develped.This system can charge and discharge batteries.It can also overcome battery memory effect.Furthermore,it is able to test their dynamic and static resistance,voltages,tempeatures and so on.The system is open to users.According to needs of users,it is cut down or added. |
