| 摘 要： | 潜在的飞机事故威胁在任何社会、任何地点都是存在的。提高机场对紧急情况响应和处理能力的最有效的方法是建立一套完整的、切合实际的机场紧急情况计划。文章对机场紧急情况计划的设计过程及计划内容进行了分析探讨，指出机场紧急情况计划应由前言、管理方案、响应机构、行动方案、恢复运行和辅助计划６个部分组成

| Abstract: | Hazards exist within all communities whether they are recognized or not.An effective airport emergency plan must be set up for the airport in order to increase the capacity to cope with emergencies.This paper discusses the process and contents of airport emergency plan and puts forward that airport emergency plan should be composed of introduction,management arrangement,emergency response facilities,operational response,recovery and supporting plan. |
