摘    要:用空气-乙醇的射频电容耦合冷等离子体处理聚丙烯表面,赋予其极性、研究了等离子体处理工艺条件对聚丙烯结构的影响以及处理后聚丙烯极性的时效性和热稳定住.得到较宜的工艺条件.等离于体处理前后的聚丙烯与叙铁氧体磁共混得塑料磁体.用傅里叶交换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了塑料磁体相容性的改善机理.

Abstract:Comparing air-ethanol radio frequency coupling cold plasma. the surfaces of polypropylene (PP) were treated to obtain polarity. The effect of plasma treatment conditions on the structure of PP,the ageing property and the thermal stability of PP treated by plasma have been studied. The optimum processing parameters have been obtained. The plastic magnets consisting of PP (treated or untreated by plasma) and barium ferrite powders have been analysed FTIR and SEM. The mechanism of improving compatability between PP and magnetic powders with the containing oxygen plasma has been discussed.
