铝合金着色槽液中有机染料分析方法的研究

摘    要:研究了在铝合金着色槽液中有机染料的定量分析方法。使用分光光度计法得到了染料的A-C曲线,探讨了在复杂成分中各种因素如槽液中的pH值、温度、浓度、各种干扰离子等对吸光系数a的影响。从而确定了用分光光度法分析染料含量的最佳的分析方法。酸性偶氮染料含有特征官能团偶氮基-N=N-,在酸性介质中,偶氮基被二氯化锡还原成氨基,在一定条件下,此反应定量完全进行,得到SnCl2与-N=N-的定量关系。确定了准确分析染料含量的化学分析方法。

Abstract:Quantitative analysis methods for organic dyes have been studied The relationship of curves of absorbance and concentration have been gained for the organic dyes using spectrophotometer method, and some factors, such as pH value, temperature, concentration, interfering ions have been studied The spectrophotometer to acid organic dyes was built Beside, because acid organic dyes contain special functional group organic group in acid medium organic group was reducted by SnCl 2 to amino group at a fixed proportion completely Chemical analysis method was studied in order to analyse the content of dyes accurately
