摘    要:针对中走丝线切割加工机床工艺数据库的建库工作量巨大、影响因素众多等问题,采用正交试验法对中走丝线切割机床单次切割工艺参数进行了优化研究,分析了脉冲宽度、脉间/脉宽、峰值电流及走丝速度对加工表面粗糙度和加工速度的影响。根据不同的工艺指标要求,采用综合平衡法优化得出相应的工艺参数,利用效能计算分析法预测了这些工艺参数所能达到的表面粗糙度和加工速度理论值,验证性试验表明优化结果是可靠的。

Abstract:Considering that there is huge work and many factors in the building of the process database,the orthogonal experiment is performed to study the process parameters optimization for single-cutting of MS-WEDM,and the influence of the pulse width,pulse interval/pulse width,peak current and wire speed on the processing speed and the surface roughness are analyzed.According to the different requirements of process indicators,the integrated balance method is used to optimize the corresponding process parameters,and the efficiency calculation analysis is used to predict the surface roughness and the processing speed theoretical value that the process parameters can reach,the verification test shows that the optimized results are reliable.
