水蒸气蒸馏法提取柿叶精油的工艺研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对柿叶精油的提取工艺进行了研究,正交试验优选的提取工艺是每次加水8倍(w/w),浸泡1h,回流20min,水蒸气蒸馏2h,提取效果较好。对柿叶不同生长期、贮存期挥发油含量的测定结果表明:10月份柿叶精油含量最高,干品随贮存期延长,含油量逐渐由3.71%(0个月)降至2.13%(12个月)。采用水蒸气蒸馏法得到的柿叶精油为浅黄色液体,有较浓的清香味,可用于食品、饮料、烟酒等行业,是天然香料的一种原料来源。

Abstract:This paper studies the extraction of essential oil from Diospyros L.leaves by steam distillation.The optimum extraction technological conditions according to orthogonal tests are as follows:adding 8 times water(w/w) ,dipping for 1.0 h,stirring for 20 min,then steam distilling for 2 h.Different growing and storing periods showed different yields and the highest yield occured on October and decreased from 3.71%(0 month) to 2.13%(12 months) during (storing).The essential oil extracted by steam distillation is light yellow liquid with faint scent of Diospyros L.leaves,which would be a good spice for perfume in food,tobacco,drink,ect.and would be a new resource of natural fragrance and flavor.
