摘    要:用相关分析法分析了国外12种白肋烟主要化学指标与其感官质量的关系,并建立了相应的数学模型.结果表明:对香气指标有重要影响的是总氮、总氮/烟碱、氧化钾;对烟气指标有重要影响的是口一氨基氮/总氮、灰分;对口感指标有重要影响的是总挥发碱、灰分;对感官质量综合指标有重要影响的是烟碱、总氮/烟碱、蛋白氮/总氮、α-氨基氮/总氮、有机钾指数、灰分.

Abstract:By the method of related analysis,relations between the main chemistry index and the sense quality about 12 kinds of burley tobacco have been analyzed.The result shows that the aroma is influenced by total nitrogen,total nitrogen/nicotine,potassium oxide;the smoke is influenced by a-ammonium nitrogen/total nitrogen,ash;the taste is influenced by total volatile base,ash;the sense quantity is influenced by nicotine,total nitrogen/nicotine,protein nitrogen/total nitrogen,a-ammonium nitrogen/total nitrogen,organic potassium and ash.
