辽河兴古潜山高效投产技术

摘    要:辽河兴古潜山是国内典型的太古界潜山油藏,深层巨厚油藏在国内尚无开采先例。兴古潜山大部分油井地处城区,且油井压力系数高,井控风险较高。本文针对兴古潜山的特点,研究了兴古潜山高效投产技术,提出了替泥浆-气举诱喷一次管柱技术及替泥浆、气举、转抽一体化技术;进行了参数优化与方案设计,解决了兴古潜山水平井的诱喷投产问题,有效衔接了钻完井和生产两个重要环节,实现了从自喷生产到机采的方便转换,缩短投产周期;同时,该技术极大地减少了作业程序,减少了油层污染,规避了城区作业井控风险,提高了生产效率,已经成为潜山新井快速投产的主要方式,为潜山新井快速投产和增储上产提供了有力的技术支持。

Abstract:Liao Xing buried hill is the typical Archaean group buried ridge reservoir in China,there is no precedent of producing such deep thick reservoir.most wells of Xing buried hill locates in the city,with the high well pressure coefficient is and the high risk of well control.Aiming at the characteristics of Xing buried hill,the paper studies the efficient production technology of Xing buried hill,the paper develops the the mud replacing-gas lift one step technology and mud replacing,gas lift,oil pumping integrated technology;The paper makes the optimization of design parameters and scheme,solves the flow inducing and production problems of Xing buried hill horizontal wells,concatenates the two important link of completion and production effectively,has realized the convenient conversion from the natural flow to artificial lifting,and also shorten the production cycle;at the same time,this technique greatly reduces the operation procedure,reduces the reservoir pollution,avoids the well control risk of city working,improves production efficiency,and has become the main mode of buried hill rapid production,it also has provided powerful technical support for the rapid production and increasing the production of Xing buried hill.
