| 摘 要： | 目前测定水中氨氮的方法很多,主要有纳氏比色法、选择电极法、水杨酸分光光度法、蒸馏-中和滴定法和气相分子吸收法等。但这些方法实际测定效果并不是很理想,本文以地表水中氨氮为研究对象,将全自动凯氏定氮蒸馏滴定仪和离子色谱联用来测定地表水中低含量的氨氮,经证实该方法具有操作简便,试剂用量少、无毒,测定结果准确度高等特点。

| Abstract: | Currently a lot of determination of ammonia in water,There are mainly Nessler colorimetric、selective electrode、Acid spectrophotometry、Distillation- neutralization titration and gas molecular absorption method.In this paper,for the study of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.The automatic Kjeldahl distillation titrator and Ion Chromatography Determination of surface water with low levels of ammonia.The method has proven easy to operate,Less reagent consumption,Non-toxic,Accurate measurement results,etc. |
