摘 要: | 苏6、苏36-11井区目前已建成11座数字化集气站,集气站逐渐实行无人值守运行,此运行模式的全面实施,将是苏里格气田数字化[3]的一大飞跃。站区内无人值守运行使得超压复杂情况出现后场站的应急处置成了关键,本论文通过跟踪苏6-7站运行,分析充压过程及应急事件的有效处理时间,由此导出集气站充压有效时间的计算公式,通过对公式的推广验证,摸索出适合苏6、苏36-11区块集气站应急时间计算通式。

Abstract: | There are 11digital gas gathering stations have been built in Su 6 Su 36-11well zones.These stations gradually implement to run unattended operation mode Comprehensive,which will be a big leap in Sulige gas field digital management mode.This unattended operation makes the emergency disposal become the key after overpressure complex.This paper derives set formula to calculate the effective time in filling pressure process based on the operation of Su 6-7station and analysis of effective treatment time,then explores the suitable emergency time calculation formula of Su 6 Su 36-11well zones through the promotion of verification of the formula. |
